WASO | Sanctuary

This autumn, we introduced two new products for the Shiseido-owned WASO beauty brand through the brand’s global social platforms. Inspired by Shinrinyoku (“Forest Bathing”) -- the practice of taking a short, leisurely visit to a forest for health benefits -- the campaign was built around the campaign theme ‘Sanctuary for your skin’. This serves as a metaphor for how the products provide a peaceful moment in nature for your skin and mind. This is a modern Alice in Wonderland tale, set against the backdrop of Tokyo and the epic Japanese wilderness.
